Transcript quantification of pacbio long reads (ccs)

Hi, there The rnacocktail is an excellent and comprehensive software to do the RNA-seq analysis. As we all know the third-generation sequencing (such as the Pacbio) has more power in detecting the isoforms. A challenging problem is the qualification of the isoforms. If I want to do it, what should I do? Are there some precious software to do this work ? Need your help !
