Inputs for docker image Variant call ( --checkpoint )

Hi,

I tested the tool with your test data bam bed, now i want to test on Long Read data of GIAB (PacBio/ONT)

  1. I was wondering what is --checkpoint and how i generate it if i have BAM for Tomor and Normal ?
  2. /opt/neusomatic/neusomatic/models/NeuSomatic_v0.1.0_standalone_Dream3_70purity.pth pth file
  3. Does parameters remain same as given in test commands for my Long Read ?
  4. Should i follow same steps as mentioned in test_docker.sh without ensembl?
