VCF Output Description

Hello, can you please add description of the output for metasv explaining all the flags in the vcf. This will help to further filter the metasv results.

Hi Ronak,

Apologies for the delay due to travel. We will get on this soon and fix the header for MetaSV output VCF to be complete so that it includes all the INFO fields output as well as their description and formats.
