Error while reading AGE output

Hi, I am using Meta-SV version 0.5.4. I got an error while reading the Age output. I am attaching the error file here. It would be great if you can look into it! Thanks,

Thanks for using MetaSV, @jasjitbanwait. What version of AGE are you using? For MetaSV 0.5.4, please use AGE compiled from https://github.com/abyzovlab/AGE

I used the version of AGE that is part of Bioconda : https://github.com/marghoob/AGE/tree/simple-parseable-output The commits there indicate that it has fixes for MetaSV. Would this version work with MetaSV 0.5.4 or I have to switch the AGE to the one you specified?

You should definitely switch to the AGE version I specified on abyzovlab.
