run process documentation
Hello, I am interesting with your approach but I don't know how to run it. Can it merge contigs from a single contig file or we have to give a reference? Cheers
I just came across this tool as well and am also at a loss as to how to utilize it. There has definitely been a need for a successful tool like this.
Please advise.
hi , I'm also interested in understanding how to run the code on multiple contigs. is there a manual or an example I can read? thank you in advance. Maria
I read the code and figured out how to run the tool. First, you need to prepare 'input', 'output', and 'temp' directories on a parent directory. And then, place your 'reference.fa' and 'query.fa' in 'input' directory. Finally, you just execute the command as what is written in readme. Make sure that file extension needs to be 'fa' for your fasta files, as it is hard coded.
Hi mshrngci118 Thanks for the tip on running this program. Craig
I tried the commands given in 'readme' but I couldn't run it. It is showing like MAC2.0 command not found. I already installed MAC2.0 using 1st command. Please help me to figure it out. thank you in advance
您的邮件我已收到,谢谢!
COULD YOU PLEASE FIND THE SOLUTION. WHEN I RUN THE COMMAND SHOWN IN README IT'S SHOWING LIKE WRONG PARAMETERS GIVEN. LET ME KNOW WHAT ARE THE PARAMETERS AND COMMANDS. IT WILL BE HELPFUL FOR ME IN MY WORK. LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU
