Implement Blaster as a Bionic Plugin

Hi @biohazard999, I Really do like the idea of Blaster, It should be faster and more memory efficient than Electron, I don't know if you heard about Bionic or not but it is a "Ionic CLI clone to build and deploy PWAs and Mobile Apps using Blazor".

I Think it would be a great idea to implement Blazor as a plugin in Bionic so that we can not only create multi-platform Desktop Apps but also Mobile Apps.

Hi @yehia2amer! I started that project after I discovered Chromely. But now Microsoft aquired Github and Atom (therefore Electron) I think there will be some investment made by microsoft to support blazor native by electron. But I like the idea of Bionic. But dunno how a plugin can look like?
