Hi, I am using this version, but it seems something wrong with the singularity image. below is command and output. Thank your for your help!

singularity exec -B example/inputfqs/ argoapv2.5.sif /home/argsoapv2.5/argoap_version2.5 -h

Hello, it should not have a problem if you use the correct version. Make sure that the singularity is working on your server.

can you use version 3.5.3
