Version compatibility issues
Hello author, thank you very much for sharing this model, but I have a problem during the learning process. I would like to ask you: Can the QIIME2-2023.9 version run normally? There are also questions about tensoflow1.14. Is this version necessary?
Hi, no mmvec is dependent on tensorflow=1.14 and is incompatible with 2023.9 as noted in the readme
