Possibility to skip downloading channel info

Just on a bad internet connection .. was wondering if it would be an option to add an argument that allows to skip downloading the latest infos from the conda channels at the beginning of lint and build.

I'm often calling these commands repeatedly and need to wait quite a bit on this info which was just updated a minute ago ..
