Will update when R 4.2 / Bioconductor 3.15 is available on Bioconda.

Actually hold that, don't merge yet -- safe to merge when all Bioconductor 3.16 packages are updated (e.g. bioconductor-deseq2), which is not yet the case. This should be resolved by next week hopefully.
