Deterministic Simulation of Bioscrape Lineage Models

We are still wrestling how to do this correctly. Core functionality is that any lineage model should be simulated [with cell growth, death, and division] in a deterministic way so that cell types are measured in concentration with all cells of the same type act identically based upon deterministic CRN semantics.
