Cell Counts as Lineage Parameters

In interacting lineage simulations, create the following variables automatically and update them every global sync period:

  1. total_cell_count: the total number of cells alive
  2. cell_count_{i}: the total number of cells alive of type i.

Do we want Volumes to be global parameters as well? Like Global_Volume, total_cell_volume, and total_cell_volume_i? @sclamons you requested this feature, any thoughts?
