Phylophlan 2.0 release?

There are tags for 1.0, 3.0, and 3.0.1 but 2.x is completely missing. Former links to the project on bitbucket are dead. Is there any way to access this version?

I require it for the MAGpy workflow.

Hi, the old version 2.0 that was available in Bitbucket was basically an improvement over PhyloPhlAn v1.0, but at a certain point, that version couldn't be improved further. So, when then decided to rewrite PhyloPhlAn from scratch and that's version 3.0. When we had to migrate from Bitbucket to GitHub, the 2.0 tag was lost. In any case, I would highly recommend you to update the MAGpy pipeline to be able to use version 3.0.1 as it provides several improvements over the previous 2.0 version.
