Unsure whether to use groups

Hi! I'm new to this, and happy to have found this great package! I am not clear about when to use groups. I have a dataset of 53 women, who have 100 different biomarker measurements at 4 timepoints. I am interested in understanding how these different biomarkers change over time, do certain ones correlate together often? Would I use a grouping of individual in this case? So 53 groups of an individual woman, with 4 timepoints?
