Posix Tests CI doesn't work with forks

When someone makes a PR from their own fork, the POSIX tests workflow gets stuck. We need to modify this https://github.com/binpash/pash/blob/main/.github/workflows/posix.yaml to fix it, as well as extend the control server to accept a fork too and be able to run the posix tests with a fork.
