Quoting and Unparsing

This issue is here to keep track of quoting issues and fix them all once and for all.

The bug has something to do with parsing/unparsing/quoting but we haven't properly tracked it down yet.

A test case that showcases the issue is: https://github.com/binpash/pash/blob/main/evaluation/tests/agg/fix-test-124.
