Suggestion: Some visual tweaks to make the game more accessible.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am visually impaired and have extreme light sensitivity. I find that a lot of the text (especially the white text on the blue background) to be exceptionally hard to read.

I also have a difficult time keeping track of the information at the bottom of the screen, especially the money counter.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like for the light blue parts of the UI to be changed to darker colors (possibly user adjustable) to make it so that it's easier to see the white text. This is specifically for dark mode. I would also like the ability to adjust font size or maybe font type, as I find the current font to be really thin and difficult to read.

I would also like for you to be able to move the UI elements at the bottom of the screen to the top of the screen. Specifically, as an optional toggle in a settings menu. I find myself having to look down to see how much money I have. It would just be easier for me if I could move those elements to the top.
