Not working at all on Ububtu 18.04

Thanks for writing this software. There really is a need for something like this to annotate images, especially with arrows and text. Unfortunately, it doesn't work on Ubuntu 18.04 at the moment.

How to reproduce

Install/run either the .deb or AppImage.

Behaviour

The shots icon flashes in the dock, but then disappears, and is inaccessible. Running ps -ef shows that the shots process is still running.

Environment

  • --shots version: 1.2.0
  • Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
  • 4.15.0-39-generic GNU/Linux
  • Gnome 3.28.2
