OpenVPN Connect v3 ?

I'm running qbittorrentvpn on DockSTARTer and a while ago it stopped working. I checked with my vpn provider (included a log file). They responded with this : "Please use OpenVPN Connect V3 to solve the problem". Is this something you need to implement?

Hi BinHex. It's been a while now since I posted this question. According to the logs you are using

"OpenVPN 2.5.3 [git:makepkg/ecaf88f8a4e75856+] x86_64-pc-linux-gnu [SSL (OpenSSL)] [LZO] [LZ4] [EPOLL] [PKCS11] [MH/PKTINFO] [AEAD] built on Jun 18 2021".

My VPN provider recommended to install OpenVPN 3.0. Is there any chance that you could update your package? Or can I update openVPN myself? A how to would be great ;) . Many thanks in advance.

OpenVPN v3 looks to be VERY different to v2, so i would need to rework all of the openvpn scripts which is a big job!, not to mention v3 is currently in beta only, so im afraid i wont be doing this for some time yet, my advise is to switch over to wireguard if possible if openvpn v2 is not supported by your vpn provider.
