qBittorrent permission error

Container runs fine but qBittorrent never connects to anyone and downloads never happen. I haven't had any of my downloads even increase by a 0.1%, they just sit there stalled. Logs suggest it has trouble reading download directories because of permissions. This has to be an issue because directory permissions are correctly set to the user ID and group ID the container is run with but it still fails.
