No Connection to vpn (no permissions)

Hey. I have a problem with starting the docker container. I already had it running and a second instance is still running. This instance (even with the same settings as the before and as the already running one) doesnt start. Even running it with PUID and PGID as 0 will not work. The Log is full of iptables v1.8.8 (legacy): can't initialize iptables table `filter': Permission denied (you must be root) Perhaps iptables or your kernel needs to be upgraded.
