Upstream Update: Boost recipes for 1.70

More broadly, please release the 1.70 version for all boost individual recipes (eg boost_system is also at 1.69 still).

Is there any news on when 1.70 may be expected? Is there anything we can do to help this along?

The recipes are done and in github. I believe @solvingj or someone else is going to start building and pushing next week.

I successfully built some of the boost 1.70 packages. Does anything impede the release? Anything I can do to help?

Actually yes if you mean the all in one boost package, but i guess the maintaining costs for every single package is too high.
