Enhancement | Create a test layer for `--layers` CLI option

Describe the Enhance

Currently, there is one Test Layer called cli-test-layer.

Since the Leverage CLI now supports the --layers option, there is a need of having a second test layer. The idea is to test the aforementioned option for real.

The second test layer can be a copy of the first one with changed names.

Expected Behavior

To be able to test the --layers option in two different and real layers.

Use Case

Test the --layers option.

Describe Ideal Solution

A To have at least two different layers to test.
