New max parameter value for width/height

Sometimes clients prefer to have the highest possible width or height. So, support something like max for width and height parameters

For being able to work on this, I'd need a new webcam with very high resolutions that passes at least 1080p based on https://webrtchacks.github.io/WebRTC-Camera-Resolution/
