Feature Request: Add argument for designating where snapshots are saved.

I realize this is probably intentionally geared towards development environments so completely understand if this issue is discarded because of that. However, I noticed that snapshots are saved to the wp uploads directory for the site which by default isn't very secure so it might be beneficial to optionally allow designating the save path via an additional argument?

I'm not opposed to adding that param. I could see some situations where it would be useful.

I'd be grateful for this feature as well. Most of my bash/wp-cli automation scripts rely on the database file being in the root of the site.
