UI glitch problem with multi monitor

I have dual monitor setup, 1 on the left and 2 on the right. I set TT stretch left on monitor 2. When I open or close TT using hotkey TT slide from the monitor 1. Disabling the slide animation TT still blinking on monitor 1

This is minor issue but still hurt my eyes !__!
