Just...follow the directions;)
I may have had to do a hard-refresh on the page before the js buttons showed up. Can't recall. All I know is after tinkering with it a little - the buttons showed up for each page of statements, and rapidly downloaded them.

*ps. Once you get them downloaded & you're looking for the next awesome tool to OCR them into a .csv file for importing to QBO/Etc. - I HIGHLY recommend these guys: https://www.docuclipper.com/

Make sure you have any ad blockers or script blockers turned off. They will block the script making it work.

I used the non-minified javascript from this repo, opened developer tools in chrome after logging into wellsfargo.. pasted everything but javascript: from the non-minified version. I then visited the statements page, selected a year, and saw large buttons. :D
I am trying this now, but when I create the Bookmark and click on it, nothing happens. It is as if the Bookmark I am creating isn't an actual URL. Any thoughts?
It's been a minute, but I think current method is you need to be on the wells Fargo site and then you click the bookmark. That act will add the script and buttons to the page that you can then click on
