huggingface的gpt-academic翻译PDF无法使用

Describe the bug | 简述

输入api，导入PDF以后，存在两个问题：1、上传论文一直处于uploading的状态；2、如果上传成功后，点击“精准翻译PDF论文”，很快就会出现error，导致无法翻译论文。 换了其他地区的代理接口，都无法使用

我测试了一下api的可用性，发现是可以问问题的，就是无法翻译PDF，一上传PDF就出现uploading，关闭上传论文的窗口时就会卡住，请问这是啥情况啊？

huggingface的服务器带宽和算力都及其有限，出现这个问题感觉也不算奇怪😂

哦，我还以为是我设置的问题呢 最近电脑有点问题，无法在本地配置，所以使用huggingface
