Add Binaris ignore file

Users should be able to defined a .bnignore file to prevent certain files from being deployed.

To have better control over deployed files it can be useful to have the list of files and their sizes to be uploaded printed (maybe in verbose mode?) and allow also a whitelist approach with binaris.yml specifying exactly the files to upload to lower the chance for accidents.
