Request for a "Getting started" guide.

Hi,

Thanks for these templates.

I'd like to add them to my project, but I'm a bit lost how to do it. I'm a seasoned developer, but just started with developing flutter apps. It's in no way clear to me how these templates can be added to an existing project, and I didn't find any getting started guide. Maybe I'm missing something very obvious, but adding a few lines to the readme would be helpful.
