[DESIGN] "Attorney Card"

Each prosecutor is listed in an Attorney Card for filtering on the homepage. Here's a gif by @06b demonstrating their responsiveness fix:

If you're a designer, ux/ui developer, or front-end developer, we need help making these Attorney Cards look great.

We're also looking for designers to overhaul the entire theme of the website, which you can read about here: #105

Are you still interested in contributing? We are actively seeking data collectors (see: README.md. We are also seeking front-end/UX/UI developers to assist with designing and developing the look and functionality of individual attorney cards/teasers.

@billimarie have you looked into the Ionic framework for UI? its a little more mobile friendly than plain old bootstrap with ios and md spec baked in

@not-a-designer I have looked into Ionic--I'm playing around with the Ionic Conference App for a different project. Haven't tested out their UI Framework yet, but it looks gorgeous. Would you be interested in porting Ionic UI over to replace Bootstrap? Can create a new issue for you if so. Thanks for the suggestion.
