[DESGIN] Previous Prosecutors

Within each Attorney Profile view, there is a "Previous Prosecutors" section:

As with the Attorney Profile itself along with the Attorney Cards on the homepage, this "Previous Prosecutors" section must be redesigned to match our new design system.
