Creatures stand in locations that hurt/kill them.

Creatures are so dumb that they don't mind getting hurt in fires or lava.

Two issues: Stopping them voluntarily entering dangerous areas and making them leave such areas if they are thrown into them.

Made them not want to stand still when taking damage, but they still like to wander through dangerous places.
