Plans for supporting redis-rs1.0.0?
Hello,
Thank you for creating and maintaining deadpool! It's an incredibly useful tool for managing Redis connections efficiently in async Rust applications .I saw that redis has recently published a release candidate for version 1. As deadpool-redis currently depends on redis version 0.32, I was wondering what the plans are for supporting the new major version of redis.
Are there any ongoing efforts or a timeline for releasing a version of deadpool-redis that is compatible with redis 1? If the community can help in any way, perhaps by testing a beta version or contributing to the migration efforts (given the breaking changes), please let us know.
Thank you for your time and consideration!
As soon as redis 1.0 lands I'll try to make a deadpool-redis release asap.
I just hope the protocol version is removed from the URL for the 1.0 release:

@bikeshedder it has been released :) (https://github.com/redis-rs/redis-rs/releases/tag/redis-1.0.0)
