Connexion issues
Hello,
My computer (under windows 10) didn't recognize the Tango V1.0 when i connect it via usb. In the device manager it tells "unkown usb device (device descriptor request failed)". I didn't find any specific drivers to install in this github or in the documentation. Thx in advance for your answer and help.
Wow how strange, mine did this yesterday as I was attempting re-uploading Marlin, Not found out whats happened yet, will let you know if I find out whats happened
What version of windows are you running im currently on 10.0.18999 Build 18999
i run the 18362.418 windows 10 version. Actually i have 2 tango board, one already burn from BIGTREETECH but still detected by my computer but with the previous message. The other one is from BIQU and brand new. But this second one isn't detected at all by my computer. In both case, the USB to UART chip is a SCILAB CP2102 DCL00X and i download and install the last corresponding drivers here https://www.silabs.com/products/development-tools/software/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers

Google CP210xVCPInstaller_x64 for the 64bit version. Try that. Mine works fine.
I've already install it (i can see the driver program in control panel > program) But when i connect the board to my computer nothing happened. In the device manager i've nothing with yellow label, or unknown device, or in the port COM list.
I've connected only one bridge on the board (to put the usb power ) and nothing else connected. Do i have to bridge something else ? or connect the board with the main power ?
(And it's not about my computer because i tried on an other one).
