pinout documentation missing

I want to connect my hardware to a CAN bus. There is no documentation on what the USB C input pinout is to do this. Sent an emails to support over the past few weeks with no response.

If you get a usb breakout board, you can grab the standard usb2 data pins and they'll be your CANH and CANL. Can't recall which is which right now, but you have a 50/50 chance of getting it right, and if it's not right you won't damage anything.

It's a bit awkward because this is the same port you use to power the pad. So having the breakout can be doubly helpful as you'll want to supply power in one direction, and run CAN in the other.
