Octopus Max Not receiving power

I am having trouble getting power to my Octopus Max device through the terminals connect to a Meanwell LRS 350-24 power supply. However, it seems to be accepting power just fine through the USB connection for me to be able to flash the firmware. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Thank you for your help.

Two questions. Do you have the Jumper set for power on stepper driver you're using and did you PO/PO after loading firmware and then try and connect to motherboard?

Turns out 2 fuses were blown and needed some replacement which it powers up now and works fine. However I am having trouble getting my klipper .cfg to work.
