Power on problem Manta M8P V1.1

When power is applied, the indicators of the 12, 5 and 3.3 volt stabilizers light up. The power indicator at the bottom blinks once and does not light up. Turning it on and off doesn't give any result. If the power is turned on again immediately after the red indicator of the stabilizers goes out (4-5 seconds after turning off), then the indicator at the bottom of the board lights up and the board starts up and Klipper loads.
