M4P green led stopped lighting up(led2) and board has stopped working

I had the Manta m4p working just fine, then randomly, while I unplugged the HDMI manta board stopped working. It still provides power to all components plugged into it but no longer responds or starts. When provided power, the only light to show up is red(led 1). What is wrong with it? are there any possible fixes? I've already attempted to completely restart and reinstall but once I plug it in with HDMI big tree's logo won't come up and won't connect to wifi.
