How do I: Control a USB ported Fan for my enclosure?

Wanted to say thank you for this Board. It is everything I expected, (although a touch difficult to figure out.)

The USB port does have power, and the fan has an ON/OFF toggle switch in the cable. My goal is to control the fan speed per the PID temp from a thermistor inside the enclosure tent.

I have a Manta E3EZ, using a CB1 module, with Klipper as an OS.

I understand the temperature thermistor and how to program it. My hurdle is the PIN assignments in the USB that are capable of stepping power up/down to the Fan being plugged into a USB port on the Manta E3EZ board.

I'd be most thankful if you can point me in the correct direction.
