Unable to get HermitCrab to enter DFU mode.

I cannot get the HermitCrab board to connect to my computer to flash the firmware. I have tried three different micro USB-b cables in three different ports. The board was connected to 24v with the USB-c and the computer with the micro USB-b and pressing/holding boot and clicking reset does not have any effect on the system.
