BUG Missing Klipper Menuconfig bootloader option in instructions.

The current Klipper menuconfig shows the bootloader option when the current instructions does not show this option. To get the HC CAN board to work and provide a CAN bus ID, the bootloader option must be set for no bootloader.

This is very helpful. Wasn't able to get the firmware working until I came across this.
