Add instructions for adding can0 network interface for Netplan

Currently the only instructions provided in the manual are for interfaces.d. If you are using Ubuntu x86 that will use netplan not interfaces.d. In order to use interfaces.d you will need to remove netplan which those instructions are also not provided.
