[FEATURE REQUEST] preemtive-rt kernel with group scheduler

hi there actually i have some issues with high klipper load peaks and so mcu shutdowns. im not alone with these issues also the pi community is struggeling with this.

some members of the klipper discord was mentioning the issue went away with installing preemtive-rt kernel

since i can remember all the stuff setting up a dev environment for amlogic systems im not really willing to do all the stuff again

so heres my feature request for enabling:

CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT=y and CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED=y
