Enabling SPI

I want to enable SPI on the CB1 pins... But I can't run rasp-config. Does anyone know what file to change to make this happen

I don't see anywhere in the readme file that allows me to activate spi on 40 Pin GPIO of the CB1. Maybe I'm not reading it correctly?
