Driver installed:
When connected to a computer, the LED blinks 1 time.
When I press START wi-fi module starts flashing, and after that an error.
I tried all possible drivers and checked the connection quality, but it still does not respond.
I have the same problem as you, and I haven't been able to fix it thus far. Have you managed to get it working?
This issue is also happening to me. I tried replacement also the same issue.
@IliyanVT18 @ciro1138 As it turned out, the operation was successful. But the terminal throws an error. Try to check the presence of a Wi-Fi network after execution, I discovered this completely by accident, you cannot completely trust the instructions.
@pimchest you were correct it was working I hadn't tested it because of the failure.
So I have an issue because the default IP is 192.168.0.1 and it set to static I cannot access the wifi page because it is in conflict with my router main page. Anyone have any ideas on how to reset this WiFi module. I tried to reflash and erase no luck.
btt writer seems not ready for prime time. tested this with 5 esp8266 chips and only one would connect, but not does not broadcast ssid after uploading an icon file (from the suggested sources). the other 4 it can't connect to at all.

You should have another Wi-fi network that is not connected to the router. This network will be distributed by the module itself. There should be no problem with IP address conflicts.
Hello. Very, Very, true. It shows FAIL over and over even when I changed the baud rate to 115200. HOwever, I disconnected the module, plugged it into my LCD and sure enough, it's broadcasting a network connection called ESP3D!!! Thank you!!!
