CB1 Integration

Since RPI are a pain in the ass to get but not a CB1 that is also a BTT product, it would be nice to have a special configuration, because it's not as easy and the same than with a RPI. A guide and configuration for Ocotprint and Klipper would be great. I personnaly stay with octoprint with my CB1 but need some extra config.

CB1 do not work with the BX v3 as CB1 do not support DSI :(
