BTT PITFT70 Touch Screen Stopped Working

My screen running octopi/octodash was working fine, until I turned it off to replace the case and add a GPIO fan. After that, I cannot get the touch input to work. I have tried a fresh install, editing the config, and a different display ribbon cable. Nothing works.
