HDMI7 Ks3 w/o internal pull-up

There was / is an issue within the firmware I hope that is fixed already.

My screen came with an odd behavior: It's kept getting constantly darker till the backlight turns off. I have to press and hold Ks1 (brightness +) to bring it back. After a few e-mails, BTT find the reason and a solution: The Ks3 input line was floating if the button was not pressed. No internal pull-up.. So I addad a external (10K) one to the nearby VCC (3.3V).
