Connect Pi Zero W to TX, RX and GND

Currently I have my Pi Zero W connected to my SKR1.3 using the TFT's RX, TX and GND pints (to avoid the big USB cable), so now the 3 of the LCD pins are occupied by the Pi. Can I reroute the Pi via de RX, TX and GND pins on the LCD just like I do now on the SKR, and then just connect the LCD to the board?

Short question, can I use these simultaneously that way?
